The Manifold Trail stretches 8 miles from Waterhouses to Hulme End in Staffordshire, I had originally cycled this trail back in the late 1970's / very early 80's as a child, to be honest I couldn't remember anything about it apart from Thor's Cave, so on a sunny but extremely bitter cold (4°c!!) November ('08) Morning we loaded the bikes up on the car and went to the Manifold trail, .
